Please see our Return Policy here. You can return your full-size bottle purchase if it wasn't opened. The Discovery set can't be returned.
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us. We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with the product delivered. Please include your order number with all enquiries. If your product is faulty, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents. You can read more here.

You can apply the offer code in the Cart section with items in it. Only one offer code may be used per order, and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

You can easily track your order status in a few simple ways:
- Check your email. We send order confirmation and shipping updates to the email address you provided at checkout. Look for emails from Perfumer's Artisan Cabinet with tracking information.
- Track your order online. If you received a tracking number, click the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit the carrier's website directly to see real-time updates.
